The Apostles Walking Through The Desert No Sweat No Sweet For The Apostles Part 2

The Hardships Faced by the Apostles on Their Journey

The Apostles, renowned for their unwavering faith and dedication to spreading the message of Jesus Christ, endured immense challenges during their mission. Their efforts to establish and build the early Christian Church were marked by adversity, persecution, and even physical hardships such as laborious journeys through harsh terrains.

One of the most notable occasions of the Apostles' endurance was their journey through the scorching desert. Unlike their usual experience, the Apostles found themselves devoid of support and much-needed resources. As they traversed the arid dunes, they encountered blistering heat, thirst, and exhaustion – all in the name of fulfilling their divine mission.

Discovering Strength in the Face of Adversity

The grueling conditions of the desert journey tested the Apostles' physical and mental limits. As the sun beat mercilessly upon them, their clothes clung to their skin with patches of sweat. Yet, despite their arduous circumstances, the Apostles pressed on, driven by their unwavering faith.

The journey through the desert became a metaphor for the spiritual growth and perseverance of the Apostles. They discovered that "no sweat, no sweet" – understanding that their sacrifices and hardships would ultimately lead to the sweetness of triumph. It was through their relentless dedication that they were able to bring the message of hope and redemption to countless souls.

Lessons from the Apostles for Modern Times

The tales of the Apostles' arduous journey resonate even in our modern world. Their unwavering commitment to their mission teaches us the importance of perseverance and resilience during challenging times.

As we face our own adversities, whether personal or collective, the story of the Apostles serves as a powerful reminder that struggles can be transformed into opportunities for growth and spiritual development. Just like the Apostles, we too can find strength and hope in the face of seemingly insurmountable odds.

Walking Our Own Deserts

While we may not physically traverse harsh deserts like the Apostles, our analogous "desert" may manifest as financial hardships, personal losses, or even emotional and mental struggles. The key is to channel the same unwavering determination exemplified by the Apostles.

Although it may be tempting to succumb to despair and discouragement, we must remind ourselves that every sweat-inducing step we take will bring us closer to the sweetness of triumph. Like the Apostles, we can emerge from the barrenness and uncertainty of our own "deserts" with newfound clarity, purpose, and strength.

Embracing the Sweat for a Sweeter Life

The saying "no sweat, no sweet" holds true in various aspects of our lives. Just as physical exercise requires effort and exertion to achieve desired fitness goals, our spiritual, emotional, and professional endeavors demand our commitment, persistence, and the ability to overcome obstacles.

By reframing our perception of sweat, not as a sign of weakness but as an indication of progress and growth, we open ourselves up to a world of opportunities. Through the sweat of perseverance, we can reach new heights, discover our true potential, and taste the sweetness of success.

The Sweet Fruits of Our Journey

Ultimately, the journey through the desert endured by the Apostles reminds us that the sweat of perseverance and the overcoming of adversities lead to a life infused with sweetness. No matter how challenging our circumstances may be, it is through the struggle that we uncover our true strength and resilience.

So let us take inspiration from the Apostles and embrace the sweat, knowing that it will ultimately yield the sweet fruits of accomplishment and personal growth. As we navigate the deserts of our lives, let us hold onto hope, remain steadfast in our faith, and trust that our effort and perseverance will lead us to a sweeter existence.

The issue of a true God versus false gods, true gospel versus false gospel, true apostles and prophets versus false apostles and prophets as stated in most of Paul's books, is of great concern.
This book shows the life of brethrens in and out of church. They also make mistakes but nothing beats the heaveny tippex of apologising and forgiveness. You cannot just pretend as if nothing is happening, you need to acknowledge your sin without being pushed or told by the next person that you have erred.
The House of The Twelve Apostles church AKA The Twelve Apostles church of Africa is one of the many apostles churches in the world who trace their origin fromt the initial twelve Disciples Jesus qualified as apostles after teaching them. As far as I am concerned, the aposltles churches have their unique, exclusive and heavenly way of doing their things. Their secret lies in acknowledging the holy spirit. This is the same God's Spirit that was said to be hovering above water in Genesis 1:1. It is the same spirit Jesus said, 'God is the Spirit, all those who worship him must do so in spirit'. so we cannot just take it for granted. We all qualify for it.
Its attainment is more apostle orientated in terms of :
- Laying hands on your head as in Acts 8:17-18
- Their presence as in the case of Conerlius
- Oneness as it happened in the book of the Acts 2
- Other - as it happened in Luke 1: 15. I believe there are some people who are born with it for God's purpose.
Note: Not all apostles out there are true apostles as has been stated above. You cannot wake up from a dream, vision and wish and claim to be one. Those standalone apostles out there are just there for their own purposes. Paul who joined apostlehood later never started his own church but joined the existing ones. The question is how can you then tell if a person is a true or false one. There are so many bible quoutations to explain this, even Google can tell you. In case you want to know more about the holy spirit, you need to find a true apostle, you cannot just do nothing. You can even pray or ask your church pastor amongst many - a God fearing person will refer you or say if he/she does not know. This is because heavenly things are not just automatic, you have to climb trees and mountains to get them.
Our Loving and living God has resurrected so many people other than Jesus to warn us about the life in heaven and in hell. They all say bad things about hell in case you dont mind going to it. Some of these stories are from You Tube, people we know, books and what not. This is enough to prove that there is heaven and hell but the ratio is 1:1000. This is a real challenge for each of us to repent and turn to Jesus. The holy spirit as a heavenly gift knows its way to its home, it will therefore take you straight to its home after this life. Just like we buy groceries in advance before we prepare it or pay for funeral policies before we die, we need to take this heavenly insurance as well. All starts with accepting Jesus as your personal savour. We have already been paid for throuhg his blood far in advance, ours is just to acknowledge Him.
We came to find this world already corrupted, we cannot change it, but we need to change ourselves for God. Death is just surrounding us- with Covid -19, accidents, random killings and many other things, it is apparent that we cannot escape it. The only thing we can escape is going to hell if we start from where we did not start or from where we stopped.
Everthing is clear in the bible, the starting point is accepting Jesus Christ as your saviour, and start a habit of reading the bitle and praying, answers will just flow. You will be surprised to realise that God has been so close to you.
Peace be with you, because you have read this far I am convinced that you are wise enought tol consider this free heavenly insurance. God bless you . Amen
